A wedding candle symbolises love, new beginnings, unity, light, hope, and the warmth of home.
Lighting the candle during a wedding ceremony is a meaningful tradition that represents the union of two people and their commitment to one another.
This candle is not meant to symbolise only the wedding day itself, but also the shared life that follows - a journey that weaves together both brighter and more challenging moments.
Fire has always held a powerful meaning: a strong and supportive energy that inspires creation, brings clarity, and helps cleanse our thoughts and energy from negativity. The power of fire creates warmth and vitality, gives light, and carries the force of desire and love.
Each candle is hand-poured in Estonia. We source our candle bases from experienced artisans who have been crafting wedding candles for over 20 years. These candles are known for their high quality and have been a trusted and popular choice among couples for decades. With proper care, the candle burns evenly and for a long time.
For safety and best results, please read our candle care instructions before lighting the candle for the first time. Read the full guide on our blog.

Important recommendations
Names on the candle:
If you wish to add names and a date, it is recommended to place both names at the same height. When names are placed at different levels, the upper name will burn away first, leaving only the lower name visible later on. Please consider whether this suits your wishes.
Decorations:
Fire safety is essential. To avoid risks, ribbons, lace, and other decorative elements should be placed near the bottom of the candle. The lower the names and date are positioned, the longer they will remain beautifully visible.
Candle size:
A wedding candle is traditionally meant to last until a golden wedding anniversary, so choosing a larger candle is recommended. A height of 30 cm is ideal.
The diameter is equally important - a thicker candle (recommended diameter at least 10 cm) contains more wax and burns longer.
A single-wick candle is recommended; multi-wick candles are not advised.
Candle quality:
High quality and even burning are essential. It would be disappointing if the candle did not burn properly on your wedding day. A cylindrical table candle should burn cleanly, without melted wax overflowing down the sides.
